We ordered online very efficient and they called me with a delivery day and the driver rang on the day with a time. Very pleased it arrived that day as it was snowing hard. Purchased a bed and mattress, waited patiently few days before delivery my bed wasn?t in stock . Received an email to say it wasn?t in stock when I would at least expected a phone call . Chose new bed and the warehouse did give me discount as new bed was more expensive . Delivery was good and delivery man was here at 7.30 am . Very nice bed and comfy mattress so all came good .

Building instructions were pictures only and not the clearest of pictures for some of the stages. Took longer than the hour and a half claimed for construction. The bed looks great, the base is just material that fastens with Velcro so not as dust proof as a solid base but plenty of additional storeage which was sadly lacking.
Customer service and delivery were ace.

Shortly after I placed my order I was called to advise me of the delivery date.
I ordered on a Saturday & had it delivered on the Thursday afternoon.
It arrived well packaged in a couple of boxes & took around 2 hours to fully assemble. It is a nice sturdy bed & good value for money. The side opener is currently stiff & hard to shut but it says this will be the case in the instructions for a bit

The instructions say 20 minutes to assemble but it was more like an hour and a half. The Allen key supplied is awful so have your own set at hand.

We did have a problem which was not their fault, it was a manufacturer issue. I rang up and explained the problem and a very polite and capable lady took all the details and promised to ring me back. Do you know what? This lady did. Offered a few wise suggestions to the issue. It was sorted within 24 hours at now further problem to me. Thank you so much would use again and recommend.
