My Mum recommended your company after she also had excellent service. I was given delivery options and the driver called to say he was on the way.The bed was well packed and is ideal for our needs which is an occasional bed for visitors. It seems very comfortable.

Everything great. One tiny improvement would be to give an idea of delivery time (eg between 7.30am and 11.30am) the day before instead of having to phone them. I forgot to phone and had a delivery at 7.45am The driver had called at about 7.15am but my phone was off as I was asleep. Luckily the doorbell woke me but it was a bit early Just a minor thing though, all else great.

Friday or Tuesday delivery.I went for Tuesday and it came very early in
the morning.To know the Day is very helpful because it safes you wondering
when it normally says delivery in 5 to 6 Days.So thank you very much.

The friendly and helpful customer service was excellent. There were no instructions with the bed (how to attach the two halves of divan would be helpful as it's not obvious)
The delivery man was polite and friendly, but as he was on his own, he was unable to carry the mattress upstairs for me so I had to ask a neighbour for help.
These are small niggles, I'm very happy with the bed & service.
