Delivery took a bit longer than stated but customer service was very good. They were able to tell me the size of the largest part so I could work out if we could get it up our awkward stairs. The bed is great but did take about 3 hours for two people to put together. 50 minutes of that was removing all the OTT packaging. But overall I am pleased.

Everything was delivered on dates asked for, just one problem which was, there were no end caps for the slats for frame of bed. I called customer service, who were very friendly and apologetic, they resolved the problem and had caps sent by post, all in all a very good service and I would definitely recommend and I will use again.

They would have got 5 stars only the bed I originally ordered apparently didnt exist, the 5-10 days delivery window was actually 13 days. When they did deliver however it was a first class service with a very helpful, pleasant driver. The bed,mattress and headboard are lovely. Couldnt wish for better

Dispite ordering goods in stock and 3 weeks before taking delivery . Bed warehouse giving assurance of delivery on agreed date on the day didn't arrive customer service didn't return call had to chase eventually given manufacturer who blamed courier no one accepted responsibility revised delivery time before 12 next day didn't arrive till 5 in evening very disappointed everyone blamed another not

Bed frame is lovely putting it together with awful tiny tool was hard and one screw wouldn't go in The headboard has a gap on one side not as good a the white one I've had before.

The shop emailed me with a tracking phone number and a consignment number and I was told by the shop that ringing the number and quoting the consignment number would enable me to be given a delivery time. Unfortunately this was untrue and I wasted a whole (important) day off work with my purchase arriving after 4pm. Had I known I could have gone in to work and then left early.

THE BED WE ORDERED IS IDEAL, UNFORTUNATELY THE DELIVERY LEFT A SOUR TASTE AS WE HAD ARRANGED FOR THE BED TO BE LEFT IN OUR GARAGE AT HOME, BUT UPON RETURN TO OUR HOME LATER THAT DAY THE GARAGE DOOR WAS BROKEN WHICH WAS PERFECTLY FINE THAT MORNING BEFORE WE LEFT, AND BECAUSE WE CANT PROVE IT WAS THE DELIVERY PERSON OR PERSONS WE NOW ARE FACED WITH A BILL TO HAVE IT REPAIRED SO QUITE UPSET

This is the 3rd memory collection mattress we've bought. The first one for our spare was such a hit with the mother in law, that she had one shipped to scotland.
