The only reason I have not given delivery 5 is that it arrived at 6.35 am, which was even earlier than the 7-9am delivery time we were told. Otherwise all was good. Very pleased with bedframe.

The ordering process,customer service & delivery was very good.
My only criticism is that one of the assembly bolts had not been machined correctly and could not be used and the other was the mattress piped edging is not finished of very well.

All really good apart from putting the bed together. It is very solid and a great product. But the Allen keys and screws are very awkward to put in and get a good turn. Overall very happy.

Wonderful service but i must say i was disappointed with delivery, ONE MAN , my husband and i couldn't help him as we are in our 70's. I'm sure the young man would have struggled if he was delivering to a house, how the hell would he get all that furniture up stairs on his own, we live in a bungalow.

Arrived broken. Made me go without a bed for 2 days when I'm heavily pregnant and been in hospital eventhough the warehouse is only an hour away. Asked for the replacement parts but sent another full bed instead. Spoken to like crap on the phone and didn't seem interested. Said they will refund me œ25 for the trouble but yet to see proof of this. Other reviews I've read aren't good either. Avoid

Bed itself is spot on and exactly what I hoped for.
However, not 5 stars as the website stated only 3-5 days for delivery. Agreed initial delivery date only to find out 2 days later bed not in stock.
However, communications were good and once the bed was in stock about 7 days later it was delivered on the new day agreed and with the half hour phone call warning as promised. So all good.
