The service on the Telephone was very good and the delivery was excellent with the driver offering to take it upstairs as we are both elderly and was wondering how we would get it upstairs, although I had made an arrangement for someone to help on the evening. But it did save us having to wait all day with it in the hall. The service on the whole was excellent.

The delivery was fast, but they forgot to collect my old bedframe and matress. However they give me refund, that I was happy with.
I love the bed that I ordered from them, but my matress isn?t fit perfectly, as they should(it both superking size) the bedframe is 4 cm wider and the length is 2 cm shorter.

Delivery driver called approximately 30 minutes before he arrived...delivered to the apartment front door (2nd floor)...very well packaged... great beds and definitely no negatives at all.
I would HIGHLY recommend.

I am very happy with their service the only a couple of issues they did not describe the bed had crystals in it my son thought it had silver studs looking at the pictures on line at the bed. Also the instructions are poor and looks like a part (No 7)for the footboard is missing (Not the Bed warehouse fault but the manufactures)
