Very happy with the bed, well-made, very good value for money. But having phoned the company to arrange a convenient delivery and agreed a Monday, a delivery lorry arrived with the bed on the preceding Saturday evening. As it happens we were in, but a potential waste of time for the delivery people. Would the bed have been left on the doorstep if we'd not been in?

A week to deliver from the point of order
would advise getting a telephone number before ordering to find out when you could expect delivery as they dont contact you until they have the money

Bought online however not a great deal of contact.I was phoned and given delivery day and asked if I wished driver to contact me half hour prior to delivery HE DIDNT.Raining when delivered driver said bed delivery and almost pushed past to get in.Went straight to room of bungalow went straight in to bedroom with Muddy shoes and spoit a newly cleaned cream carpet,I was not happy.left unwrapped

Very good communication - they phoned me to confirm a delivery date of my choice, they gave me a timeslot to expect the delivery, and the delivery driver phoned me to let me know he was a few minutes away. The headboard came with only 1 fixing screw, it took 2 weeks and 2 phone calls to get the rest of them and then I had to pay a œ1.50 fee as the sender did not pay full postage.

I am very impressed with the bed warehouse. I placed an online order for the Chatsworth double bed frame. The following day I received a call to arrange delivery. I requested a Saturday as I?m not in during the week. This was no problem, the bed was delivered promptly the following week. Very easy to put up and my daughter was delighted with the bed. Would highly recommend and definitely use again

You can?t put a price on a good night sleep. Opting for the super-king was the best decision for us. When ordering it really is worth opting for the delivery guys to place your bed and mattress in your bedroom. Getting it all upstairs yourself can be a bit of a nightmare and impossible.
