A lot of assembly required but a good solid frame and comfy mattress. Only quibble is that the 45degree holes to screw the headboard to the headboard top are visible and should face the other way round to the wall, not on show.

Rating down because arranging delivery didn't go smoothly. Initially no contact after the order from the store until I chased them, then was given a delivery day by customer service but they only released the bed to the delivery company on that day so wasted a day waiting for it - finally delivered 2 days later.

When you book your promised a text with the delivery time, which never happened. Had to chase the order and the staff first told me it wasn't coming it was. Waited in all day and it finally turned up at 14.45 and had footsteps all over and the bed frame was chipped (wish I could add a picture) I would avoid this company at all costs. I have had 2 emails from them in a week which is Im sorry #joke

Despite clear notices left on front door and sidegate for bed to be put inside building in garden, bed and mattress were left inside gate but in the outside and were rained on.
Instructions for bed were poor where they described how to fit slats. If instructions followed then the plastic central slat supports tore. Nice bed otherwise

The bed components were hidden in the headboard which was a first but they were all there which was great. However when I tried to zip the headboard back up the zip broke. The bed itself has been fine but please printout clearer instructions as they were not very clear in some areas.

Delivery was hampered by poor weather and arrived promptly the next day. This was excellent service all things considered however I was not made aware of the delay or informed they would arrive the next day which would have been appreciated.
The bed itself was simple to construct and seems sturdy, haven't fallen through it yet.
