Great service overall, prior to the purchase I contacted customer service regarding some requests regarding delivery and they followed through. They worked around my time for me( delivered before work) and all the way up to the 4th floor flat. The bed itself is nice and very easy to put together. It was a very pleasant purchase all together.

Nice bed, delivered when promised. I didn't have any say over delivery date but everything happened fine. The bed does not take 20 minutes to assemble though Or perhaps I'm just slow. Lovely bed, nice mattress, very happy.

I have bought two beds before and was so happy with them that I decided to buy a double bed and mattress. I was not disappointed. the same very punctual delivery, good quality workmanship and excellent mattress. All made in this country which is an added bonus .I would recommend this firm to anyone.
