I had to wait for my grandsons to put the bed together. They found some of the screws rather difficult to get into their correct placings. But apart from that all is good. Mattress very comfortable.

Delivery of bed and removal of old bed base spot on. Some quality control lacking in bed frame itself. One slat had no pre drilled holes and holes at one end of cross bar had to be re-dialled as wood splinters were obstructing the nit and bolt.

The only problem with the delivery was that there was only one man and he could not take the bed upstairs. He did bring the old bed down and I helped him but he said I should have been told to take it downstairs. This could have been a problem for an elderly person. The screws were missing from the headboard but they were promptly sent by post after I called. Very pleased with the bed.

Bed was delivered at 7.30 a.m. Good service. Only one comment, I was expecting a bed with the 2 draws on the same side and they are on opposite sides. But not a problem. It's got 2 draws which is what I wanted.
