During the ordering of this bed customer service was good and the bed arrived on time when the bed warehouse said it would. Having unpacked the bed I found the headboard & foot board to be of good design and quality, however the mattress support laths, plastic location caps and central support leg was of cheap design & quality. Sorry - 3 out of 5 Guys.

Once goods were assembled I was pleasantly surprised at the fantastic quality. Ordered a 4' double bed and mattress for my daughter. It came on the date agreed. The product was terrible. The footboard had rusty water dripping out of it and there weren't enough holes drilled in to the side supports. Complained straight away and received a refund once the bed was picked up a week later.
I wouldn't shop there again, I assume the products are seconds or end of line.
