The items received only included 2 large headed screws for the headboard, when there should have been 4, otherwise the headboard wobbles. We had to use some that we already had. Also I had hoped that the two drawers would be on the same side as the bed was going to have to go against a wall on one side, but the drawers are both at the head end, so we can only use one drawer. Very good otherwise.

This was a very poor experience. I ordered the bed with guaranteed next day delivery. I took the day off and no one turned up. I sent several emails with no response. Then told that the bed would be delivered on another day. I even had a call from the delivery driver to say he was 45 minutes away. I then had an email saying there was no bed and never had been as out of stock. Money not refunded

Could not really fault this company. Very pleased with how everything was handled. Delivery arrived just as described, arrived within the time scales given. The bed is really strong, took us a bit longer to put together than the 1 1/2 hours suggested, but fabric very nice & exactly as we wanted.

Really easy to put together and lightweight so not too much lifting but would only recommend for kids to teen as i reckon a full grown adult would use on a regular basis the lats at the bottom would eventually give. Luckily for my 5 year old he loves it and a perfect height.

The bed is not brilliant white as shown in the photo on the website. When we opened the package it was a cream/off white colour and did not match any of the other furniture in the room. Be careful when buying this item, the colour is not an exact match of what appears in the advert.

Massive mix up with my order. Bed didn't turn up on the day of delivery and when I rang they had lost part of it. It eventually turned up 2 days later after my son had spent a few nights on the floor on his mattress. They were very apologetic and the bed is good quality and looks fab in my teenage sons room
