Ordered new mattress online 2nd June received confirmation straight away,but then heard nothing ,even allowing for the 5-10 days delivery to the warehouse I had to phone to check when I could expect a delivery as no one had contacted me. I have received the delivery today 21st June. No time of delivery given (a.m / p.m) told driver would contact when 30 mins.away. Otherwise product excellent

Have found the single mattresses I also purchased with the bed does not fit flush and flat. The bed needs another few millimeters at the Base width to fit the mattress correctly.

Bed ordered on 03/03/2017 finally received it 12/06/2017 customer service none existent I had to chase constantly. Delivery was the best part I knew what was happening. I complained and eventually received a discount but had to wait 4 weeks for that too. My worst experience of buying on line.

Delivery said he knocked on and posted a card to let us know but we were in and there was no card. He sorted it out pretty quickly though and came and delivered the bed an hour after I rang up to find out what was going on. The bed is great and was really easy to set up.

Very disappointed with the delivery. No phone call an hour before delivery as arranged. You need to advise the customer that delivery is...just inside the door. What happened to putting the said bed in bedroom. I would never have ordered a bed from yourselves and will not recommend any of my friends either. Very very disappointed...I'm disabled and now have a bed blocking my hallway......
