When ordering from bed warehouse it staed online that most items are stocked in warehouse and will be delivered with 3-5 days. However once they'd taken the money from my account ther proceeded to tell me the wardrobe came from Germany n would take 3-4weeks. I ordered on may4th and have been told wardrobe will be here after the 15th of June. Shame they didn't tell you this before taking your money

Large choice of beds, competitive prices with free delivery. Asked for specific delivery date which was arranged at short notice, unfortunately delivery van broke down but rearranged for Saturday morning; good customer service. The bed looks nice, was easy to assemble and is very comfortable. This is the second bed we have purchased and highly recommend.

Good quality and value for money, easy to follow instructions and not hard to assemble. Some of the machine-drilled holes on the central support beam were not centered proper?y but by angling the screws slightly it was easy to remedy. Overall, very pleased.

delivery was good would have had 5 but some parts must have been drop as 3 bits had damage , the goods were excellent easy to put together looks great, customer service was excellent when I rang about the damaged parts they sorted it within 10 mins no hassle and had new parts sent out for the next day delivery all in all very pleased with goods and customer service

Customer service has been great so far. So good to have a real person to talk to at the end of a phone. First bed I ordered arrived on time, was cheap but good quality and easy to assemble. I've now ordered another bed and mattress and am hoping for the same experience.

Bought a bed last week and a bed board. Bed seems ok but the board came without any instruction (no drawing) and is of very poor quality and while removing the black cover at the back as instructed by customer service it teared the main cover in the front. Now I have a damaged bed board.
