Customer service asked if I would like a call 1/2 hr before delivery. Delivery arrived at 7.15 am no phone call warning. Driver told me mattress coming separately est del 11.36-13.36 arrived 16.10. Husband thought he was doing a good thing by putting everything together & disposing of old bed & all packaging for me to come home & realise wrong mattress had been delivered which is uncomfortable

The bedwarehousedirect's customer service was excellent. Within 20 mins of placing my order they had phoned to arrange delivery. When putting the bed together there was one peice missing from the flat pack but they sorted that out and had a replacement delivered the next day. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

Easy on line ordering, good email communication when PayPal didn't provide contact number, delivery date agreed and came on the day. Delivery driver explained why he had arrived at the end of the allotted time but wasn't late and got items into bedroom. Really pleased with bed and service provided. All in perfect condition do not tested customer service but very happy
