Order placed, they rang with a delivery date and this arrived exactly the day they had stated, lovely bed and mattress, great value for the price. Minor niggle was that I hadn't noticed that it said self assembly and as it was for my elderly Mum we had a minor panic but fortunately got it assembled, she found it really comfortable and was pleased with it.

Excellent customer service from the office, good delivery lead time and very pleased with the quality of the beds However, I did not appreciate my 90 year old Dad being asked by the driver to get up at 6.00am to receive the delivery. (This was despite the office having told me delivery would be 09.00 to 11.00.) I think they compromised at 07.00 - but still very early for an Older person.
