What are the different types of mattresses?

Coil spring mattress: Coil spring mattresses are made with metal coils to provide support. They're highly supportive, relieve pressure in your back and improve spinal alignment.

Pocket spring mattress: Pocket spring mattresses are made with individual springs that work independently of one another. They're comfortable and durable and are great for pain relief.

How often should I change my mattress?
