Free delivery

FREE delivery to most areas of mainland England and Wales.

We try to keep most of the products on the website in stock and available for express delivery (1-5 working days). Once we have received your order we'll call you (within 24 hours) to confirm a suitable delivery slot, so please include a contact phone number with your order. If you have a preferred delivery date please add it to the order notes and we'll do our best to achieve it.

Delivery days and times

We deliver Monday - Friday, 7am - 6pm.

Where we deliver to

Our standard delivery service is to the first door of the property. If you need any further help, please say so in the order notes so that we can make suitable arrangements.

Failed deliveries

Failed delivery attempts are charged at £35.

Old bed and mattress removal

We can take away and recycle your old bed or mattress when we deliver your new one: £24.95 for an old mattress and £39.95 for an old bed. Items must be easily accessible at the first door of the property, beds must be dismantled, and items must be in a sanitary condition and kept dry. Disposal services are not currently available to delivery addresses in Scotland. See our disposal services page.
