Delivery on day promised but when buying it said 1-5 days. Had a call as stated to arrange. Ordered on Monday, was told delivery would be the following Tuesday. Disappointed as was replacing a broken bed. Was told, no it?s 5 working days as if it was never going to be sooner than that. Wish I?d known before ordering as I would have looked for a faster replacement

The delivery window was slightly longer than advertised, was advised this was due to the distance of Birmingham from Essex.

Good range and pricing. Slight concern with quality of headboard but once assembled was fine. Delivery delayed due to vehicle breakdown but substitute carrier minimised further delay. Bedwarehouse did keep us fully updated on problems and no real issues as a result. Second time I have used this Company and am about to place a further order so overall I am quite satisfied.

The Mayan bed frame was delivered early in the morning, per the driver's message and set in the hall for me.
My son-in-law came to put the frame together and found the slats and dowels to be of rather inferior quality though the headboard and legs were sound.
I chose to return the frame and contacted the Bed Warehouse and the young woman did not quibble about the return.
